As part of EMC’s HerJourney program, participants are invited to complete the Kolbe A Index assessment, delivered in partnership with The Company You, with support from our team during this guided workshop.
The Kolbe A Index is not a traditional personality or aptitude test. It measures your conative strengths, meaning how you instinctively take action, solve problems, manage risk, organize information, and move work forward. In a career context, this insight is practical and immediately applicable. You will gain clarity on how you work best, how to ask for the right kind of support, how a manager can better support your growth, and how to collaborate more effectively with different working styles. Understanding your natural method of operation reduces friction, builds confidence, and strengthens decision making throughout your career journey.
