This session explores how artificial intelligence can enhance ergonomics programs and help mitigate workplace risks. Attendees will learn how a AI tool has helped Linamar to transform complex ergonomic standards into accessible, real-time guidance for teams on the shop floor.

Guest speaker Melissa Gould, Director of Environment, Health and Safety at Linamar North America, Linamar Structures Group & Corporate, will share how Linamar has leveraged AI technology to improve workplace safety. Melissa will discuss the development of a custom-built AI assistant that converts extensive ergonomic guidelines into instant, job-specific recommendations for supervisors, engineers, and safety professionals—making ergonomics expertise available at the moment it’s needed most.
