Participants gain knowledge and skills to improve workplace culture and create inclusive environments that attract and retain diverse talent.

This certificate program introduces participants to essential concepts and strategies that create inclusive workplaces for all employees, with a focus on women in skilled trades apprenticeships.
Participants gain knowledge and skills to improve workplace culture and create inclusive environments that attract and retain diverse talent. By developing these skills, companies will experience greater respect and safety in the workplace, stronger team collaboration, higher productivity, positive workplace culture, and overall positive employee engagement.
This program provides skills training using industry validated content, virtually facilitated learning blended with e-learning and an impactful workplace performance project. Sessions can be run in a cluster format with a blend of several different organizations in one session, or in a stand-alone format -private to just your organization. The program is offered in an online virtual format and provides ongoing support from professional trainers.
