Guided Working Session
Workplace Assessment
Join us for a 1.5-hour guided Workplace Assessment session where employers and their team members will be supported through the process of benchmarking their organization and identifying opportunities to strengthen workplace inclusion and retention.
Following the session, all participating organizations will receive a personalized report with tailored recommendations to help move their organization from its current maturity level to the next.
The session will cover:
- The assessment rubric and how the organization is evaluated
- Guided support to complete the assessment virtually
- What the results mean and how maturity levels are determined
- The types of recommendations that may be provided based on the organization’s results
- Practical, actionable solutions that can be implemented to strengthen workplace inclusion and retention
Participation Requirements
Organizations can participate in one of two ways:
- Employer only: At least 1 management-level representative completes the Employer Assessment.
- Employer + employees: At least 1 management-level representative and a minimum of 3 non-management employees complete the relevant assessments. This is the recommended approach to provide a more well-rounded snapshot of the organization.
- Access to a laptop to complete the assessment during the guided session (each attending member will submit their own report with the same company name to be consolidated)
All attending organizations will receive their own customized report and recommendations.
