We are pleased to welcome Chad Metcalf, a Lean Champion, to this event for a demonstration and discussion on the new Value Stream Performance Assessment that is available to all manufacturers in Nova Scotia.
This free tool can be utilized to measure and improve your lean journey. This online assessment provides a great opportunity to engage in conversation about a company’s Lean efforts so far and to plan what is needed to strengthen areas that scored lower than others. This session will include a live demonstration of the tool, testimonials from those that have completed and an opportunity to ask any questions you may have - we hope you can join!
