The HR Perspective on Becoming an Employer of Choice
Nova Scotia participants will leave equipped with the awareness, tools and insights needed to elevate their organization’s HR function and position it as an Employer of Choice. Walk away with an understanding of the current state and roadmap for their ideal future (individual company-based).
Overview/Action Plan:
This workshop will guide participants through a comprehensive gap analysis using an audit tool to identify key areas for HR improvement.
Attendees will learn how to craft a compelling Employer Value Proposition (EVP), enhance workplace culture, and align HR practices with business objectives.
The focus will be on exploring HR best practices that drive talent attraction, retention, and engagement, empowering participants to pinpoint gaps and build a targeted action plan for success.
