Technology Adoption Working Group - Southern Ontario
From recent EMC survey data and ongoing member feedback, it’s clear that many manufacturers are still facing substantial barriers when it comes to bringing new technology into their facilities; whether that’s automation, robotics, advanced monitoring, new equipment, software, or data collection systems.
To help tackle these challenges, EMC is launching new Technology Adoption Working Groups — bringing together manufacturers to share experiences, identify solutions, and develop practical best practices for implementing new technologies effectively and affordably.
Companies that have struggled with adoption are encouraged to participate, as well as those that have successfully implemented new technologies and are willing to share what worked. Depending on the level of interest, we may create several focused groups around specific areas of technology or industry need. Please share the technologies that you are most interested in addressing.
The goal of our initial session will be to determine the first key areas of focus and shape EMC’s efforts to best support manufacturers in this space. These groups will be facilitated and organized by Kevin Taylor from EMC, focusing on companies across Southern Ontario.
