Supply Chain and Productivity Roundtable
Productivity is the measure of how effective supply chain systems are at creating value that a customer is willing to pay for. In this supply chain and productivity round table, we’ll take a look at building resilience in today’s economic environment with a focus on value (vs cost) and the impacts on productivity, as well as understanding OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) in low volume or high mix/customization manufacturing.
Centered on productivity and supply chain system thinking, each session kicks off with a short, thought-provoking chat to spark ideas, but the real value comes from the roundtable discussion that follows. Along with Matt Weller, Senior Advisor Supply Chain & Productivity here at EMC, we’re tapping into regional insights, surfacing real concerns, and building sessions around the concerns and opportunities that you bring to the table. Whether it’s exploring solutions to individual company challenges, regional concerns or discussing opportunities for Canada to re-establish its place in the global business environment, this forum is designed to evolve with its participants—focused on practical solutions, shared experiences, and shaping future topics based on what matters most to you. Let’s move from talk to traction—together.
