Productivity is the measure of how effective supply chain systems are at creating value that a customer is willing to pay for. In this supply chain and productivity round table, we’ll take a look at building resilience in today’s economic environment with a focus on value (vs cost) and the impacts on productivity, as well as understanding OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) in low volume or high mix/customization manufacturing.
