The session will explore practical programs and supports available to help local manufacturers tackle today’s most pressing issues. A key focus will be on two initiatives making a real difference at the local level:
- EMC’s Youth in Manufacturing Initiative helps businesses train and build the next generation of skilled workers. Discover how companies across BC are leveraging this innovative program to address labour shortages, upskill their teams, and create long-term employment pathways. - EMC’s Supply Chain & Productivity Initiative is a new strategic focus on productivity and supply chains to address Canadian small and medium manufacturing and the rapidly changing industrial, economic, and geopolitical landscape. This initiative will provide exclusive, practical insights that are not readily available elsewhere, reinforcing EMC’s role as the premier industry partner for manufacturing support in Canada.
