Strategic HR Networking Event
For New Brunswick and PEI manufacturers.
There's no question that dynamics around the Human Resource function of companies have changed quickly. We hear more about lack of employees, silent quitting, mental Health, inclusion, and the list goes on. I have to wonder how companies effectively manage it all and still get work out the door. This opportunity to network has been asked for by several HR leaders and I hope that you can participate to share your thoughts, experiences, challenges and successes.
In addition to the round table networking, the agenda for this event will have an ‘inclusive culture’ focus; we will discuss the outcomes of the industry consultations around women in the manufacturing sector and will also do some brainstorming and sharing regarding the definition of an “Employer of Choice’.
As this host is what we would consider an inclusive employer, we will also enjoy a tour of the facility.
