The landscape of employees, desired cultures and expectations has changed post pandemic, and companies are creative in their practices to mitigate the challenges. Organizations are striving to become ‘employers of choice’ and this will be an opportunity to hear everyone’s feedback on what that really means.
This event will be a quarterly session and will be held in various regions of the province. The floor is wide open to discussions around the large and small issues that challenge you every day.
