Senior Managers Strategic Interest Group
This is an exciting month, we will be running a hybrid meeting for the Sr. Manager’s. For those that can make it, John has graciously offered to host us at Canplas in Barrie, for those that cannot we will also combine the Zoom portion of the meeting.
John will give a presentation on the implementation of self directed teams at Canplas covering both the successes and challenges they’ve had.
