Plant Tour and Group Continuous Improvement Exercise
Join us for a Plant Tour at J/E Bearing & Tool in Tillsonburg.
At this session participants will enjoy an in-depth plant tour as well as participate in a group continuous improvement exercise. Participants will be asked to identify 3 things they saw on the tour they like and 3 things they saw that could be improved on. We will present these observations to the host at the end of the session. This event is a great way to network in-person with other EMC Members and see some great stuff happening on other shop floors that you can take back to your plant!
