A Fresh Perspective
Organizational Strength and Market Adaptability
Manufacturers today are navigating rapid change across workforce dynamics, leadership expectations, supply chains, and market conditions. Building long-term competitiveness requires more than operational efficiency alone — it requires organizations that are both internally resilient and externally adaptable.
This half-day forum brings together manufacturing leaders to explore the critical relationship between organizational strength and market readiness. Through discussions focused on leadership, workforce culture, generational dynamics and supply chain realities, participants will gain practical insights into building more sustainable, agile, and competitive manufacturing operations.
This forum will provide an opportunity to examine how strong leadership, engaged teams, and strategic market positioning collectively influence organizational performance, resilience, and growth in an evolving manufacturing landscape.
While details are still being finalized, the focus is on delivering timely, real-world perspectives that reflect the challenges and opportunities manufacturers are navigating today.

Lunch & Keynote – Culture – The Shadow of Leadership, presented by Stewart Pollard
Culture sets the tone, mood and sustainability of your business. You may have heard the expression “Culture eats strategy for breakfast”, but it’s also true the “Culture is the shadow of leadership”. The gap between what you permit and what you promote defines your manufacturing organization and ultimately your performance and results.
Return on investment is a regular conversation when we are talking equipment, but have you considered the ROI on leadership development and culture (your human capital). Or…are you the opposite ROI – the Risk of Indifference.
