Join us for an Advanced Manufacturing session hosted at Atlantic ChiCan, a family-founded seafood exporter blending tradition with innovation. Specializing in global live lobster shipments, they operate a CFIA-approved facility rooted in sustainable practices and advanced logistics.
This in-person event will focus on boosting uptime and productivity using key tools:
- OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness): Learn how to calculate and interpret this key metric
- SMED (Quick Changeovers): Improve changeover speed to reduce downtime
- Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM): Proactively prevent disruptions
Lean expert Jeff Ainslie (Value Stream Solutions) will explore how to act on real-time data to:
- Trigger work orders and supply chain alerts
- Enable predictive maintenance
- Increase efficiency through automation and insight
Following, attendees will tour Atlantic ChiCan’s innovative seafood facility.
