This in-person event will focus on boosting uptime and productivity using key tools:

  • OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness): Learn how to calculate and interpret this key metric
  • SMED (Quick Changeovers): Improve changeover speed to reduce downtime
  • Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM): Proactively prevent disruptions

Lean expert Jeff Ainslie (Value Stream Solutions) will explore how to act on real-time data to:

  • Trigger work orders and supply chain alerts
  • Enable predictive maintenance
  • Increase efficiency through automation and insight

Following, attendees will tour Atlantic ChiCan’s innovative seafood facility.
