EMC’s Fall Manufacturing Summit has been designed to reflect industry challenges of the day. We will invite and welcome manufacturers from across New Brunswick and PEI to explore: “The Leadership Link to Productivity and Profitability”.
As we work to support the sector with one of their top challenges, becoming an employer of choice, our goal for this event is to recognize the impact that all levels of leadership can have on attraction, retention, branding and productivity as well as profitability. The topics and sessions of this event are intended to plant seeds toward a more focused approach to coaching, mentoring, and role impact awareness for organizational leaders.
