Joshua Ghatak is a labour and employment lawyer at Cooperwilliams Truman & Ito LLP in Vancouver, BC. Having worked in Toronto and Vancouver and for both employee and management side law firms, Joshua has a strong grasp of current workplace in both regions and the forces underlying both sides of a workplace dispute.
