Leading Across Generations
Today’s workplaces are more age-diverse than ever before, with up to five generations working side-by-side, each bringing different communication styles, expectations, motivations, and lived experiences.
This session helps leaders and teams move beyond stereotypes and assumptions to better understand how generational dynamics shape workplace culture, collaboration, feedback, technology use, and leadership expectations.
Participants will explore how ageism and generational bias can show up in subtle ways, while learning practical strategies to strengthen communication, build trust, and foster inclusion across generations. This workshop equips organizations to leverage generational diversity as a strength, creating workplaces where employees of all ages feel valued, heard, and empowered to contribute.
