Ingenia Polymers Plant Tour
At this session participants will get an in-depth plant tour of SW Ont EMC Member Ingenia Polymers in Brantford, Ont. The tour will highlight some of Ingenia’s best practices. Attendees will participate in a group continuous improvement exercise where they will be asked to identify 3 things they saw that they liked and 3 things the host could perhaps improve on. These observations will be presented to the host.
