This workshop explores how organizations can create more inclusive, equitable, and effective recruitment practices that expand talent pools, strengthen workforce diversity, and improve hiring outcomes for everyone.
Participants will examine how bias can unintentionally influence job design, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection decisions, while learning practical strategies to create fairer and more accessible hiring processes.
