A national safety discussion
Hazard Prevention and Control
Join us for a one-hour webinar to learn how Schneider Electric implemented effective controls in their manufacturing facilities.
Many might say that your safety culture strength is a reflection of your organization’s approach to following the Hierarchy of Controls. The more proactive and aggressive you are in moving ‘up the ladder’, the stronger your culture.
Learn of some of the unique and effective controls (administrative and engineering) that have been implemented at Schneider Electric and how they have leveraged employee engagement to ensure success.
About our Presenter: Kathleen Spanjer, CSP, is the North America Ergonomics Subject Matter Expert for Schneider Electric. She has worked at the company for 20+ years, starting in the safety manager position at the Lincoln, Nebraska facility – a fully-automated miniature circuit breaker industrial site, before moving into her current role in 2021. Prior to that, she held multiple safety positions in the meat packing industry for 15 years which led to her developing a passion for ergonomics.
Kathy creates strategies and drives initiatives across the North American sites to achieve successful reduction in Musculoskeletal Disorders and overall ergonomic risk.
