Psychological safety for women in manufacturing isn’t just a women’s issue, it’s a signal of whether your workplace is truly safe, inclusive, and high performing. When women feel heard, respected, and supported, the whole team benefits. This series explores how gendered experiences shape safety and trust at work and how employers can shift culture, not just policy.
From Awareness to Action Session:
This session provides leaders, supervisors, and coworkers with concrete, actionable strategies to promote psychological safety and inclusion for women. Participants will learn how to proactively address bias, foster respectful interactions, facilitate supportive dialogue, and intervene effectively when witnessing exclusionary behaviours.
Objectives:
- Identify common biases and exclusionary behaviors that impact women in the workplace
- Practice respectful communication strategies that promote psychological safety and inclusion
- Apply techniques to facilitate supportive and inclusive dialogue among team members
