This workshop focuses on the practical leadership skills needed to support people effectively while still maintaining clarity, expectations, and results.
Participants will explore how to build psychologically safer environments, navigate difficult conversations with empathy and accountability, provide meaningful feedback, coach through challenges, and respond constructively to conflict and performance concerns. The session emphasizes that supporting employee well-being and driving performance are not competing priorities; in high-performing cultures, they are deeply connected. Leaders will leave with practical tools to lead with confidence, clarity, consistency, and care.
