Join us for a practical, hands-on advanced manufacturing session focused on proven frontline leadership tools and lean practices that support productivity, problem solving and continuous improvement. Jeff Ainslie will walk through key systems and routines manufacturers can apply to strengthen daily operations, with real-world examples and takeaways you can bring back to your facility.
