This session will introduce EMC’s new Defence Initiative in Alberta, supported through the Government of Alberta, and open the conversation on what it takes to innovate for this growing and strategic market. Attendees will also hear from the Cyber/AI lead from the CARDD-TECH program at the University of Alberta as we discuss local resources, innovation pathways, and practical first steps for companies looking to better understand the needs and opportunities tied to Canadian defence.
This 60-minute interactive webinar is designed for manufacturers, innovators, and industry leaders who want to better understand how to enter and grow within the defence space. As Part One of a two-part virtual series, this event will introduce EMC’s new Defence Initiative in Alberta and explore how manufacturers can begin positioning themselves to support current and future opportunities related to Canadian DND.
