An interactive workshop
Understanding & Assessing Supply Chain in your Organization
For PEI manufacturers. Supply Chain is an area of challenge that has now risen to the top. To fully understand the opportunities for improvement, one must understand the components and have the ability to self assess current state. This workshop is based on a tool known as the Supply Chain Operations Reference (“SCOR”) model. The SCOR model was originally developed by the Supply Chain Council which later merged with the American Production and Inventory Control Society (“APICS”).
Outcomes and Take-Aways:
Participants can use the model and tools presented to conduct a maturity assessment of the Supply Chain Management (“SCM”) function within their own organization.
Participants can expect an interactive session with the following activity:
- understanding the fundamentals of the SCOR model:
- Orchestrate (strategy level)
- conducting exercises and assessments of the maturity of the SCM function in their organizations.
- review findings from the workshop, share learnings and discuss benchmarks with each other.
