For Career Growth & Success: Session 3 of 4
Applying Learning Styles to Real Workplace Scenarios
Manufacturers are creating and expanding their training programs for their workforce in response to changing industry demands, technological innovations, and a need for a skilled workforce. Standard training methods may not effectively address diverse learning needs, potentially affecting skill development and career progression.
This interactive session is the third of a four-part series which explores real-world manufacturing case studies. Participants will apply learning style strategies to solve common challenges related to training, engagement, and employee growth. Through guided scenarios and discussion, leaders will gain confidence in using learning styles to support diverse teams more effectively. We will begin with a brief recap of Sessions One and Two, so you are welcome to join us even if you were unable to attend the previous events.
