Presenter

Joshua Ghatak is a labour and employment lawyer at Cooperwilliams Truman & Ito LLP in Vancouver, BC. He graduated law school at Western University in 2020 and articled in Toronto at Canada’s largest management-side labour and employment law firm from September 2020 to April 2021. After working for a year as an Associate under a sole practitioner in Toronto, Joshua relocated home to Vancouver in February 2023 to start working at Cooperwilliams Truman & Ito LLP. Having worked in Toronto and Vancouver and for both employee and management side law firms, Joshua has a strong grasp of current workplace in both regions and the forces underlying both sides of a workplace dispute.
