This dynamic program is designed to strengthen leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills across all levels of your workforce—empowering both supervisors and frontline workers to drive productivity and success together.

Building Skills for Success: Supervisors

While Supervisors develop their coaching and mentorship skills in this program, they will have opportunities to apply the learning immediately to Front Line workers within their organizations who are concurrently receiving their own training. Frontline workers will enhance their learning and growth through the direct, ongoing support of their supervisors. By developing these skills companies can expect to see improved communication, mentorship, performance management and overall leadership of supervisors. This program provides skills training using industry validated content, live or virtually facilitated learning blended with e-learning and applied learning opportunities. Building Skills for Success: Frontline Workers

This program offers a unique model where participants receive direct and ongoing support from their supervisors who are participating in a concurrent program. The goal of this model is to provide enhanced learning and growth to frontline workers and increase their success in the workplace. By developing these skills companies can expect to see improved understanding of skills for success, attention to quality assurance, problem solving, communication, collaboration and adaptability.
