Building Skills for Success: Supervisors
This program offers a unique model where Frontline participants receive direct and ongoing support from their supervisors who are participating in this concurrent program. The goal of this model is to provide enhanced learning and growth to frontline workers and increase their success in the workplace while Supervisors/Managers/HR will develop their coaching and mentorship skills and immediately apply them.
There are 2 streams of this course that work in tandem.
Supervisor Stream & Frontline Worker Stream
While Supervisors develop their coaching and mentorship skills in this program, they will have opportunities to apply the learning immediately to Front Line workers within their organizations who are concurrently receiving their own training. Frontline workers will enhance their learning and growth through the direct, ongoing support of their supervisors.
By developing these skills companies can expect to see improved communication, mentorship, performance management and overall leadership of supervisors.
This program provides skills training using industry validated content, live or virtually facilitated learning blended with e-learning and applied learning opportunities.

Who is best suited for this program:
Those currently in Supervisor and Lead Hand roles (or equivalent)
DURATION: 4-weeks. Each stream will have weekly 2-hour virtual classes, as well as self-directed e-learning and joint activities to complete outside of classes.
