Building Skills for Success: Supervisors
EMC’s Building Skills for Success: Supervisors program takes an innovative, 2-pronged approach to develop the essential skills needed to build a cohesive, effective manufacturing workforce.
While Supervisors develop their coaching and mentorship skills in this program, they will have opportunities to apply the learning immediately to Front Line workers within their organizations who are concurrently receiving their own training. Frontline workers will enhance their learning and growth through the direct, ongoing support of their supervisors. By developing these skills companies can expect to see improved communication, mentorship, performance management and overall leadership of supervisors. This program provides skills training using industry validated content, live or virtually facilitated learning blended with e-learning and applied learning opportunities.
