Senior Managers Roundtable
Join us for a open forum session designed specifically for Senior Managers and Leaders. Similar to the HR Roundtables hosted within the Southern Ontario EMC Consortium, this session will be a facilitated, open forum focused on sharing best practices and benchmarking with peers. With no formal agenda, the session is designed to encourage open and honest conversation among peers. Participants will have the opportunity to connect with other manufacturing leaders, exchange ideas, ask questions, and gain insight into how others are approaching common challenges, with the added benefit of potential business development. The session will also provide valuable feedback to inform future programming, including the content leaders would like to see delivered. In-person roundtables are planned as a next step.
