EMC’s 6 week Building a Mentally Healthy Workplace program will arm your workforce with the necessary knowledge and tools to optimize engagement through psychological safety and wellbeing.

Participants will gain confidence in navigating challenges relating to mental health in the workplace, and to play a proactive role in fostering balance, collaboration and positive mental health. This program gives participants clear direction on how to promote psychological wellness and contribute to a culture where every member of the team can bring their best selves to work.

Micro-credential: A Micro-credential in Psychological Health and Safety (Building a Mentally Healthy Workplace) will be issued upon the completion of all elements of the program, including the completion and presentation of a workplace performance project. All learning objectives will be considered met upon issuing of the digital badge.

Format:

  • Facilitated virtually over Zoom
  • 6 weeks consisting of weekly 3-hour sessions (24 hours total)
  • Complete a Working WELL Road Map: a group project wherein participants apply their knowledge
