Understanding Occupational Health & Safety Act (OHSA)
The Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) is the foundation of all worker protection guidelines in Canada. Understanding this Act is critical to adherence with federal Health and Safety laws when operating a manufacturing organization. This course thoroughly describes the law’s particulars, and provides several recommendations on complying with it.
Providing a comprehensive program that teaches participants how to read, interpret and research the Ontario Health and Safety Act. This is an instructional as well as a participatory training program whereby participants:
