Lean Six Sigma – Green Belt

Objectives:
Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to;
- Lead Six Sigma projects using the DMAIC framework
- Apply statistical tools to identify and eliminate process variation
- Interpret data using hypothesis testing and regression analysis

- Collaborate with Black Belts and stakeholders to align projects with business goals
- Prepare for the CSSC Green Belt Certification exam
