Identifying Opportunities for Process Improvement
Introduction to VSM Workshop
With the use of presentation and discussion, participants will get an overview of the value stream mapping process.Value Stream Mapping is an essential tool for today’s organizations. In a world where change is constant and challenges are many, it is essential to have tools like value stream mapping to see through the mire. We often say, “when you have limited time, money and people, wouldn’t it be nice to know what to work on, and what in order, to maximize results?” This program is ideal for any employees that may be participating in value stream mapping activities led by a more experienced mapper. This is also a good starting point to understand the basics before sending employees for more detailed training to become mappers, such as with our flagship 2-day, Value Stream Mapping – Workshop.
