In this course, participants will thoroughly analyze common accounting practices to identify redundancies, and discuss how to improve their finance management efforts through the principles of Lean accounting.

Course participants will also examine the typical barriers to waste reduction in their accounting efforts, and share strategies on establishing a culture of productivity throughout their organization’s finance departments. This course is essential for financial officers, accountants, and finance administrators across any manufacturing industry, and provides a valuable introduction to the the methodology of Lean leadership.
