WILWorks Skilled Trades in Advanced Manufacturing, funded in part by the Government of Canada's Canadian Apprenticeship Strategy, offers up to $5,000 in wage subsidies per participant and provides introductory electrical and mechanical training. It is open to current employees and new hires aged 15 to 29. Designed with flexibility in mind, employers choose from a range of technical topics delivered through online self-directed e-learning and hands-on training, tailored to your organization's needs.

WILWorks Youth in Manufacturing is open to Atlantic Canada manufacturers hiring youth between the ages of 16-20 who are not enrolled in post-secondary. This financial incentive is funded by the federal government through ACOA and provides manufacturers with self-directed training for new hires and existing staff and up to $2500 per participant to offset hiring, training, and onboarding costs.

WILWorks Post-Secondary is designed to incentivize employers to offer more student positions than they did before leveraging funding. Excellence in Manufacturing Consortium, a preferred partner with the Government of Canada, delivers the Student Work Placement Program subsidy to Canadian manufacturers. Eligible employers can receive up to $7,000 in wage subsidies for eligible post-secondary youth hires. This project is funded by the Government of Canada's Student Work Placement Program.
