Are leaders born or created? Researchers looked for a set of personal traits, which would make someone be perceived as a leader. Which are those and what else explains leadership success?
With the world in a state of great disturbance, a distrust for old models of leadership invites us to welcome new opportunities. Join us in this conversation, with our guest Heinz Avedano, to increase awareness, answer these important questions and explore possibilities.
Through 30 years of engineering, management, and executive experience, Heinz discovered the greatest passion for people and human behavior. This passion took him down to a new career and became an Organizational Psychologist Consultant and Professor at Kwantlen University. He is a regular contributor to EMC, either as a facilitator or as a webinar presenter. He holds a master’s degree in organizational psychology from Adler University and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Autonoma de Mexico. Heinz has been a speaker at American and European Manufacturing Strategies Summits and at “Advantage through Excellence” by EMC.
