This session kicks off EMC’s five-part virtual series, giving manufacturers the foundation to build a stronger, more capable workforce.

Participants will learn how to recognize and support learning differences across their teams, turning hidden potential into stronger performance, retention, and engagement.
As the starting point for the series, this session equips employers with practical, manufacturing-specific strategies for improving training, communication, and safety outcomes — along with the EMC resources and supports needed to put these strategies into action. Participants will leave ready to build a more confident, capable, and engaged workforce, setting the stage for the sessions ahead.
