Hiring & retaining talent, and other market challenges

Please join me, and others in the area, on a Senior Executive discussion on the most pressing challenges in today's market. Topics of discussion will include:

1. Hiring and retaining talent (housing challenges, pay scale changes, unskilled and skilled trade labour hurdles)
2. HR and the next generation workers challenges (opening up to LGBTQ workers, facilitating changes in the workplace to support that, pay scale changes)
3. Supply Chain challenges in getting products locally or overseas

The floor will be open to discuss other topics of concern that are affecting manufacturers so we can all learn and discuss solutions.

This will be a virtual session, with expectations that we will get back to in-plant visits this fall, as I have received some interest from members to meet and experience plant tours.
