Employees with learning barriers are disproportionately overlooked for advancement opportunities due to bias and evaluation processes that don’t account for different ways of working and learning. When organizations fail to develop this talent, they lose skilled employees and limit the depth of their internal pipelines.

This session explores how manufacturing organizations can create environments where all employees, including those with learning differences, feel engaged, supported, and empowered to grow. Participants will examine what drives retention, how to build inclusive talent pipelines, and how tools like the LDORI Questionnaire and EMC Employee Toolkit can support individualized employee development conversations.
