Starting Out – establish your purpose/intent for your innovation process, establish objectives and impact areas and ensure a lean/fit-for-purpose design Process Design – Key inputs, including project types/risk types, overall process structure, adjacent and embedded sub-processes Governance & Oversight – a transparent, efficient communication and decision framework Documentation & Tools – guidance and facilitation while keeping the process flexible, focused and LEAN! Deployment – getting everyone on board and quickly up to speed with communications, training and support.
