Manufacturers are creating and expanding their training programs for their workforce in response to changing industry demands, technological innovations, and a need for a skilled workforce. Standard training methods may not effectively address diverse learning needs, potentially affecting skill development and career progression.
This interactive session is the first of a four-part series which introduces common learning differences and learning styles. We will also dispel common myths about how people process and retain information, sparking new awareness and shifting perspectives on what learning truly looks like in the workplace. Through discussion, leaders will gain confidence in using learning styles to support diverse teams more effectively.
