Importers of products requiring a Certificate of Compliance (COC) must electronically file the COC through a Partner Government Agency (PGA) message set, supported by the CPSC Product Registry for storing and managing COC data.

As workplaces evolve through changes in technology and work organization, ergonomics programs are being challenged to adapt. Workers are no longer confined to traditional desks and fixed workstations— they work from home, in vehicles, at hoteling stations, and on mobile devices, introducing new physical, cognitive, and psychosocial risk factors that are not always addressed by traditional ergonomics approaches. At the same time, emerging technologies such as AI-based video task analysis, wearable sensors, and exoskeletons promise new ways to identify risk and enhance human performance. But what do these tools truly offer?

Resilience and self care are often talked about in the workplace but rarely defined in clear, practical terms. This session shifts the focus away from jargon and into real-life strategies that help individuals care for their own mental health. Participants will explore what wellness, resilience and self care really are (and what they’re not!) in order to create a more grounded, personal understanding of these concepts.
