Are you interested in discussing LEAN practices with your manufacturing colleagues? This peer-to-peer group will centre on sharing best practices (methods, tools, strategy, etc.), while building relationships with peers in the field. The focus will be on virtual sessions with short presentations from manufacturers/LEAN gurus and in-person sessions, such as tours/networking opportunities.
