The event will feature a facility tour and best practices sharing on safety and continuous improvement, with interactive discussions on the cutting-edge SAFE Start Program and recent Kaizen initiatives.
Nestled along the picturesque shores of Nova Scotia, High Liner Foods invites us to step into a world of seafood production excellence and safety innovation. This in-person event offers a unique opportunity to explore one of Canada's leading seafood processing facilities.
Participants will engage in interactive discussions and knowledge sharing focused on High Liner Food's SAFE Start Program as well as a hear about a few recent Kaizen events. Discover how High Liner has successfully implemented these continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety performance, increase operational efficiency and drive positive cultural change.
