Fostering Leadership and Mentorship Among Women
Are you looking to develop the leadership and mentorship skills of the women apprentices and journeywomen in your organization? Don't miss this opportunity to learn about two training programs designed to empower women in manufacturing skilled trades!
EMC, in collaboration with the Canadian Apprenticeship Forum (CAF), invites employers to learn about two fully funded programs aimed at fostering leadership and mentorship among women in your workforce:
- National Leadership Development Program
- National Mentor Development Program
Program Highlights:
- Expert-Led Training: Equip your employees with new skills and practical tips from subject matter experts.
- Coaching & Mentorship: Provide your team with personalized coaching and mentorship from experienced tradespeople.
- Community Building: Enable your employees to learn alongside peers from across Canada and build lasting professional relationships.
Program Details:
- Duration: Approximately four months
- Time Commitment: About six hours per week
- Format: Online
- Start Date: February 2025
