EMC, in collaboration with the Canadian Apprenticeship Forum (CAF), invites employers to learn about two fully funded programs aimed at fostering leadership and mentorship among women in your workforce:

• National Leadership Development Program
• National Mentor Development Program

Program Highlights:

• Expert-Led Training: Equip your employees with new skills and practical tips from subject matter experts.
• Coaching & Mentorship: Provide your team with personalized coaching and mentorship from experienced tradespeople.
• Community Building: Enable your employees to learn alongside peers from across Canada and build lasting professional relationships.

• Time Commitment: About six hours per week
