Fero International is a powerhouse in the manufacturing of rapid-response, volumetric modular buildings for the healthcare, housing, and industrial sectors. Operating out of a massive 300,000-square-foot facility in Stoney Creek—the largest of its kind in Canada—Fero is redefining how essential infrastructure is built. From high-tech mobile ICUs to rapid-deploy housing solutions, they specialize in complex engineering that is up to 90% completed before it even leaves the plant floor. Participants will take part in a group Continuous Improvement activity where they will identify 3 things they saw that they liked and 3 areas for possible improvements. These observations will be presented to the hosts before the end of the session.
