Continuously Improving: Saeplast
As we begin 2025, a priority for members continues to be benchmarking and discussing the challenges and successes around efforts to continuously improve.
We will continue featured events where participants will discuss the value and impact of people, process and plant and how the three might align toward continuously improving and achieving higher productivity rates. A plant tour is a valuable benchmarking and learning part of each session.
As we highlight the areas of ‘People, Process and Plant’, participating facilities have much to offer and be proud of but, as always, it has come with hard work and challenges. As I have recently had the privilege of visiting the facility, I have asked them to include in their sharing, how they have consciously and visibly advanced culture as well as environmental redesigns in their products that are impressive and innovative.
I hope you will be part of the discussion and share your organizations experiences as well!
