For Operations and Production Leaders

Continuously Improving at Superior Industries

As we move through to September, a priority for EMC members is to benchmark and discuss the challenges and successes around efforts to continuously improve. Through three featured plant tour events in September, participants will discuss the value and impact of people, process and plant and how the three might align toward continuously improving and achieving higher productivity rates. A plant tour is a valuable benchmarking and learning part of each session.

Miramichi, NB

As we highlight the areas of ‘People, Process and Plant’, each of the participating facilities has much to offer and be proud of but, as always, it has come with hard work and challenges.

I hope you will be part of the discussion and share your organizations experiences as well!
